The South Sound Health Communication Network's mission is to connect physicians -- and their patients -- to one another across the community, wherever care occurs.

The goal of our effort is to improve the safety of care provided, and the quality of care deserved, through better access to relevant health information when patients need it most.

NEWS UPDATE: Major Enhancements to Network in Spring

The South Sound Health Communication Network has developed a new partnership with RMD Networks to broaden the Network to include a patient-centered health information resource.

This services will build upon the success and experience of the Network connecting physician to physician, as well as to chronic care patients, across the Pierce County community.
